3 cassis Easter cocktails you must try at home
Three tantalising tipples to treat yourself to this Easter. Whether you prefer indulgent and creamy or refreshing and fruity, British Cassis have delicious Easter inspired cocktails you'll love.
The Pink Russian – The perfect creamy, indulgent drink to compliment your Easter treats.
- 50ml Vodka
- 20ml British Cassis
- 30ml Double Cream
- Chocolate Powder
In a mixing glass, combine the vodka and cream and pour over ice in a chilled highball glass. Drizzle through the British Cassis and dust with chocolate powder.
For an extra special Easter twist, serve in half a chilled Easter egg.
British Bramble – A refreshing Easter delight, garnished with Spring.
- 20ml British Cassis
- 40ml Gin
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
Pour the gin, lime juice and sugar syrup into a shaker, half-filled with ice, shake until ice cold. Strain into a vintage rock glass, filled with crushed ice. Drizzle the British Cassis through the ice and garnish with frozen black currants, a slice of lemon and a sprig of rosemary.
El Diable – a sophisticated Spring tipple, bursting with citrus freshness.
- 60ml Reposado tequila
- 25 ml British Cassis
- 25 ml Lime juice
- Topped with Ginger Beer
In 11-ounce highball glass, combine ice and tequila. Top with ginger beer, then slowly pour in crème de cassis (it will settle to bottom). Squeeze lime over, then drop wedge into drink and serve with a lime wedge and mint
