Looking forward to 2025

It's time to look forward to 2025 and to wonder what it will bring for us all - 2024 seems to have flown by, and brought many changes with it.  Well, it would be boring if everything stayed the same...  We're looking forward to April when we start showing off the White Heron Estate to visitors on our new e-Bike tours, and will also be offering 3 night cycling trips taking in local villages and Hay-on-Wye.   We love it when our Tour Visitors come to Cassiserie and get to bottle their own British Cassis and sample our cocktails.  Our White Heron Estate Sparkling Wine is only in its second year of production, but is going great guns.  It's quiet on the agriculture side now with the vines and blackcurrant plants resting and regenerating, but that doesn't mean we can forget about them - pruning and planting is relentless.  Anyway, we wish you all a Happy New Year -  we'll be seeing it in with a British Royale (White Heron Fizz with British Cassis) - how about you?
