Happy White Heron Halloween!
Happy Halloween from us here at White Heron Estate. The nights are dark and mysterious, with lots of Halloween events to see in Herefordshire and beyond. It looks as though there are rich pickings for Trick or Treaters in the black and white villages nearby: many houses in Pembridge, Eardisland, Dilwyn, Weobley to name a few, have impressive pumpkin displays out. For our part, we've made a little (or large if you prefer) Halloween Spritz for you try.
White Heron Halloween Spritz
Ingredients:
1 part Goslings Rum
1 part British Cassis
1 part White Heron Estate apple juice
Generous pour of White Heron Estate Sparkling Wine
Dry ice, glitter and frozen blackcurrants
Method: Take a long glass with ice added, add the rum and cassis, followed by the apple juice, and top up with the sparkling wine. Add frozen blackcurrants, a dash of edible glitter, give it a quick puff of dry ice, and you have a delicious and impressive looking cocktail. Cheers!
