Cocktail Season is Here: White Heron Drinks This Christmas

Cocktail season is here – well when did it ever go away? There's no better time to celebrate with sophisticated, locally-crafted cocktails based on White Heron Drinks’ famous trio of British Cassis, British Framboise and White Heron Estate Sparkling Wine.

Exciting News: We're on ITV!

We're delighted that our British Framboise will be featured on Alan Titchmarsh's Love Your Weekend show this Sunday morning on ITV. Wine presenter and mixologist Tom Surgey is featuring it in his British Liqueurs and Spirits special. It's wonderful to see White Heron Drinks’ commitment to creating great quality Herefordshire drinks included in this Sunday’s show.   The theme is Best of British produce, and we're honoured to be featured alongside other fantastic local and national drinks brands.

Meet Us at Christmas Events

Over the next month we're taking our range – British Framboise, British Cassis, and White Heron Fizz –  to some fantastic local Christmas markets and food festivals. These events are the perfect opportunity to taste the drinks (if you don’t already know them), chat with us about cocktail ideas, and discover why our liqueurs are Herefordshire favourites.

Join us at:

  • Ludlow Christmas Fair – Monday 17th November 2025 6 – 8pm and Tuesday 18th November 2025 9.30am – 3.30pm at Ludlow Racecourse
  • Kington Festive Food Festival – Saturday 6th December 2025 9.30am - 3.30pm
  • Penrhos Spirits – Christmas Party on Monday 15th December 5-9pm at Penrhos Farm, Kington HR5 3LH

Each of these events offers a unique festive atmosphere, and bottles/gift packs available at all 3. Conscious Christmas gifts will be plentiful from ourselves and other quality local suppliers.
