Six nations in Cocktails

For the Six Nations Rugby Championship, which starts today, we present the White Heron Six Nations Cocktail challenge. We have crafted a signature cocktail to represent each team. We have English, Welsh, and Scottish nationals in our office, with a heavy Italian influence, so there's plenty of friendly rivalry. In no particular order, the White Heron Sparkling Rye, representing Scotland, is first up. Combining the bold, spicy flavour of rye whisky with a luxury British sparkling wine, this cocktail is the perfect tribute to Scotland’s whisky heritage. Ingredients: 2 parts Scottish Rye Whisky; 1 part Fresh Lemon Juice; 1 part Honey; White Heron Estate Sparkling Wine.

Shake rye whisky, lemon juice, and honey syrup with ice. Strain into a glass and top with White Heron Estate Sparkling Wine. Here’s to Scotland—and to a fantastic competition! Cheers!
