DRINKS ALL ROUND IN 2025!

It’s all go here this week at White Heron Drinks, making next year’s supply of fizz and British Cassis.  Apples are still being harvested, grapes have now been sent off to be made into next year’s delicious White Heron Estate fizz, and blackcurrants are bubbling away in giant flasks (sounding like a Halloween witch’s cauldron), lovingly tended by our production manager, Jamie.   It’s all on schedule for White Heron drinks all round in 2025!  If you want to partake in some of these luxury drinks, British Cassis is sold through LoveDrinks and also at Fortnum & Mason.  It’s a health food  you know – with blackcurrants being rich in Vitamin C and other nutrients to fend off the colds in the winter months – a very enjoyable health food.
